Bitcoin spent Sunday in a tight range and closed the weekend near $80,323, little changed since our midday update. The main new data point came from fund flows: Decrypt reports that US spot Bitcoin ETFs ended the week with about $301 million in net inflows, breaking a two-week losing streak.
Bitcoin
According to CoinGecko data as of 23:14 UTC, Bitcoin traded at $80,323. That is down 0.27% over 24 hours and 0.9% over seven days. The 24-hour range ran from $80,035 to $80,949, so the price stayed above $80,000 throughout the session. Trading volume was $13.3 billion, and Bitcoin's market value stood at about $1,614.7 billion.
The weekly ETF picture is mixed. Decrypt notes that the week's net inflows came despite two straight days of outflows late in the week, and those outflows kept October as a whole in the red. You can follow the price on the BTC/USD chart.
Ether and the other majors
Ether moved in step with Bitcoin. It traded at $2,336.42, down 0.32% on the day and 1.17% on the week, in a range of $2,317.90 to $2,368.07. BNB and XRP were the only gainers among the large coins, and BNB stands out with a 3.93% rise over seven days. Cardano was the weakest, down 4.91% on the week.

Market breadth and sentiment
CoinGecko puts total crypto market value at $2.684 trillion. Bitcoin dominance is 60% and Ether's share is 10.6%. The same data shows a 3.71% drop in total market value over 24 hours. That figure does not match the much smaller moves in the major coins, so we treat it with caution.
The Crypto Fear & Greed Index from Alternative.me reads 54, or Neutral. It has edged up for two days, from 50 on October 23 and 51 on October 24. It remains well below the 68 "Greed" reading of October 22.
